Madera, CA – The 2017 schedule for the Madera Speedway has been released and it will celebrate 46 years of racing at the speedway and this schedule is loaded with horsepower action and fun for the diehard short track fan and the entire family.
The 2017 season kicks off on March 11th with the Madera Speed Fest $5,000.00 to win LoanMart Late Model Series MAVTV televised 125 lap event, also on MAVTV will be the 51FIFTY Jr Late Model Series on the same kick off night! The 2017 season ends with the 11th annual Pumpkin Smash on October 21st!
There are a huge number of Classic events and big dates on the 2017 Madera Calendar such as the Pombo/Sargent Classic, the Vukovich Classic, the Gerhardt Classic, the Harvest Classic, the Smokey Classic, the Summertime Horsepower Nationals, Spring Speedfest, Summer Speedfest, 51FIFTY Energy Drink Monster Bash Monster Truck Show, the Pumpkin Smash, and the Short Track Shootout!
The 2017 schedule will feature season three of the Madera Racing TV show on MAVTV headlined by the LoanMart Late Model Series and the 51FIFTY Jr Late Model Series, also visiting the Fastest 1/3 mile in the West in 2017 will be the PCS Super Late Model Series, the Spears Southwest Tour, The Lucas Oil Modified Series, North State Modifieds, the West Coast Sportsman Series grand national style cars, the Western Winged Sprint cars, BCRA/USAC midgets, CSS 360 Super Modifieds, wingless sprint cars, the Super Hobby Stock Series, Legends of the Pacific, Pro 4 Modifieds, Mini Cup, Toyota Sedans, MST’s, the new F4 series, Southwest Tour Trucks, Legends of Kearney Bowl, Monster Trucks and so much more!
As mentioned above this will be season number three of Madera Racing on MAVTV, and for this season we are expanding the coverage of the LoanMart Late Model Series and the 51FIFTY Jr Late Model Series. The LoanMart Late Model Series will have one 150 lap $10,000 to win race, two 125 lap $5,000 to win races, and five 100 lap $1,000 to win races on TV. The 51FIFTY Jr Late Model Series will expand to 75 lap televised races featuring a break for interviews and car adjustments at the 50 lap mark. Each Series will have eight one hour TV episodes televised, for a total of 16 one hour episodes airing nationwide from Madera, California in 2017.
